For over ten years, AWD has hosted live webinars while providing detailed policies and procedures regarding the warranty of Ford Motor Company. In addition, day long workshops throughout the United States are held on an annual basis that provide opportunities for Dealers, Service Managers, Shop Forman, Team Leaders, Warranty Administrators and other service team members to have more insights into the world of automotive warranty.

In a continuing relationship since 2012, over 250 workshops have been presented by AWD on behalf of Ford Motor Company with more offered each year. In 2018 alone, over 3000 attendees were trained by a team member of AWD during these class sessions.
